Teletherapy Guide for South Dakota

General Information -
All Licensures

Practitioners holding an active South Dakota license may provide teletherapy services to South Dakota residents. South Dakota Code for licensed practitioners on  TELEHEALTH UTILIZATION BY HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS. This includes interactive audio-video only.  Audio-only telephone, electronic mail message, text message, mail service, facsimile transmission, or any combination thereof is prohibited.
