Practitioners holding an active New Jersey license may provide teletherapy services to New Jersey residents.The NJ Legislative Statutes database includes information pertaining to the provision of health care through the use of telemedicine/ telehealth. Enter “telehealth” in the search box provided to view all documents pertaining to definitions, provision, registration and reporting, proper provider-patient relationships, transmission of prescriptions, and coverage of costs.
