Teletherapy Guide for New Hampshire

General Information -
All Licensures

Practitioners holding an active New Hampshire license may provide telemedicine  services to New Hampshire residents. "Telemedicine" means the use of audio, video, or other electronic media for the purpose of diagnosis, consultation, or treatment.According to NH Telemedicine Act 415-J:2 III, Telemedicine does not include the use of facsimile.

Psychology Information

Teletherapy included with state license. Must abide by all in-person care standards. General telemedicine laws for all medical fields apply to psychology practitioners.
