Q: Where can I find Triad's Job Marketplace Policies, Terms and Conditions?

Q: How do I log in?
A:
Go to hellotriad.com. Use your organization- issued email address. To set your password, please use the ‘Don't remember your password?’  button. Once you are in the community, you'll notice the top menu. Click on Jobs Marketplace to enter the platform.

Q: How do I edit my jobs?
A:
Once in Jobs Marketplace, click on View My Jobs. From there, you will see a list of the jobs associated with your organization. You have the option to click on the job and go to the job link itself. You can also click on Enhance this Job to edit the title, details, tags,add an image or video, or even promote the job. Once you’ve made any edts, click ‘I’m Done’. The edits will appear on candidates’ feed within about 10 minutes. You may need to log out and log back in to see them reflected on your end.

Q: How do my jobs get pulled into Jobs Marketplace?
A:
We can pull your jobs into Jobs Marketplace in three different ways: Manually - Our partner success team will request the details of your job and make the post for you. Scraping tool - Our tool pulls jobs from job boards across the internet.ATS Integration - We’ll connect directly with your ATS in order to provide an optimized experience. This requires some information from your ATS rep. See “What applicant tracking systems (ATS) does Triad integrate with?” for more details.

Q: How do I remove my filled jobs?
A:
Each method of pulling your jobs in also comes with a similar method of removal:

Manually
- If we’re posting your jobs manually, we monitor your careers page in order to keep our listings current. However, you may always request a position be removed by contacting our Partner Success. Team.partner-support@hellotriad.com
Scraping Tool - When jobs are scraped, our system will automatically pull jobs down after 14 days, whether they are filled or not. 
ATS integration
- Updates made in your ATS will automatically come through to Triad within 24 hours. Removing the job from your ATS will remove the job in Jobs Marketplace as well.

Q: How do I find stats on how my jobs are doing?
A:
A member of our Partner Success Team will send you a monthly report on your jobs and trends across Jobs Marketplace.

Q: How do I retrieve applications from Triad?
A:
Applications aren’t collected in Jobs Marketplace. The ‘Apply’ button will lead to your ATS or the job board from which the posting was collected. In special cases where an email address is used for applications, resumes will be emailed directly to the address provided.

Q: How do I promote my jobs?
A:
Once logged into Jobs Marketplace, you can click on View My Jobs. From there, you will see a list of the jobs associated with your organization. You have the option to click on the job to go to the job link itself. You can also click on Enhance this Job to promote it. Select the amount of time you’d like to promote the job for and click Submit. You’ll be directed to the payment page to complete your purchase and then you’re all set!

Q: What additional resources does Triad offer for my organization?
A:
Triad offers educational materials from exam prep to continuing education for all licensures. You may qualify for a discount to help your employees access the materials they need. Contact your Triad representative to get more details.

Q: How many team members can use Jobs Marketplace?
A:
Your whole team can have access to Jobs Marketplace covered under your subscription cost. There are no additional charges per seat.

Q: How do I manage my Triad Community profile?
A:
Manage your Community profile by logging in to hellotriad.com with your organization’s branded login. You can manage your profile by clicking on the circle icon at the top right. Edit your profile from that page. You can also make posts on the organization’s behalf by selecting a professional resource or study group, then begin typing in the text field that says “What’s on your mind?”.

Q: What applicant tracking systems (ATS) does Triad integrate with?
A:
We integrate with most applicant tracking systems, if we don’t currently integrate with your ATS system we will work with your provider to set up and integrate.  Currently we integrate with: Applicant Pro, BambooHR, Cadient Talent, CareerPlug, Clear Company, Crelate, Dayforce HCM/Ceridian, Foundation, Greenhouse, Haley Marketing, iCIMS, Insight, NEOGOV, Jobvite, Paycom, Paycor, Paylocity, SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors, UKG/Ultimate Software/UltiPro, Workday, plus more.
